Dwight Griffith is the President at TriStar. In his role, he is responsible for driving sales of TriStar products and services through direct and agent channels.
Mr. Griffith has more than 19 years of experience in the software industry. His most recent positions at PTC were vice president of global Pro/ENGINEER sales and prior to that he was vice president of NA sales for Mathcad. Prior to that Dwight was vice president of worldwide sales for a ‘governance and compliance’ company called OpenPages. While at OpenPages Dwight helped grow the company from $4.1M in sales to over $31.7M (within a 2 year time period). Prior to OpenPages, Mr. Griffith worked at PTC from 1991 through June of 2004 in a variety of different roles from a direct sales rep, channel manager, regional director, area vice president and vice president of Asia Pacific channels. Through his tenure at PTC, Dwight has focused most of his career on growing the business around the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) market. Mr. Griffith started his career (right after college) at Deluxe Corporation (NASDAQ: DLX) selling checks and ATM cards to financial institutions.
Mr. Griffith has an undergraduate degree in economics from Hobart College in New York. He currently lives outside of Boston, MA with his wife and three children.
Kevin R. Abney serves as the Vice President of Professional Services for TriStar Inc. Mr. Abney joined TriStar as a Senior Engineer in the Consulting & Education Services group before being promoted to lead that group as Director. Formerly Mr. Abney was with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), where he held roles of increasing seniority in PLM, PDM, and CAx technical pre-sales. Prior to PTC, Mr. Abney worked in industry, specializing in opto-mechanics.
In his 16-year career, Mr. Abney has developed deep domain expertise in the deployment and usage of product development systems to achieve meaningful business value for discrete manufacturers. Through countless engagements, as a practitioner, project lead, and manager, Mr. Abney has garnered exceptional experience leading solution teams across industries as diverse as aerospace and defense, consumer products, high technology, and life sciences. An ardent champion of the customer, he interlaces value management with sound project management as guiding principles for himself and his team.
At TriStar, Mr. Abney has evolved the services team in concert with the burgeoning PLM market space. With data management at the core, his team has innovated a portfolio of offerings to include change management, configuration management, managed services, process modeling, reporting, security, systems continuity, and virtualization to name a few.
Mr. Abney earned a Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is also a credentialed holder of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
In March of 2009, Keith Bornstein joined TriStar as Western Regional Director, responsible for all Sales in the Western half of the US.
Experience
Prior to joining TriStar, Mr. Bornstein spent 10 years at various PTC partners in Sales Management capacities. Most recently, Mr. Bornstein was one of the founders of a consulting company focused on delivering lean processes.
With a vast history in the market, Mr. Bornstein has an in-depth understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, and how to apply these technologies in order to help achieve your product development initiatives.
Mr. Bornstein, his wife Christine and three kids - Zachary (11), Annie (7) and Luke (4) reside in Portland, OR.
Bill Cunningham has been with TriStar since 2004. During his tenure he has been responsible for computer hardware sales, the inside sales teams, and presently sales operations as TriStar's Vice President of Sales Operations.
Prior to TriStar, Mr. Cunningham spent over 20 years in key sales and management roles for technical companies which supplied a variety of products and services to a wide spectrum of the supply chain. He has worked directly for manufacturers, wholesale distributors, business direct, and retail companies in roles that included sales, sales management, marketing and business operations/management focused on growing businesses through sales and process improvement.
Mr. Cunningham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ, has a grown son, and is an avid cyclist.
Bryan Enabnit serves as the Business Development Manager for TriStar Inc. Mr. Enabnit joined TriStar in 2002 as a Senior Account Manager. In 2006 he moved to Atlanta, GA where he started the SE region and eventually became the Regional Director. Prior to TriStar, he owned his own reseller in Southern California, was part owner and engineering director of a composites company and worked as an senior application specialist at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
In his 15-year career, Mr. Enabnit has developed expertise in selling and deployment of product development systems. Having functioned as an Applications Engineer, Trainer, Consultant, and Sales Representative, Mr. Enabnit has developed a deep understanding of the product development process and is able to adapt his skills to a variety of products and complex situations. His sole responsibility is making sure TriStar customers maximize the return on investment of the products and services sold.
Mr. Enabnit earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auburn. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wonderful wife of 11 years and their two children. In his limited free time, he enjoys beach volleyball, mountain biking and racquetball.
Kamlesh Gosalia is a Senior Application Engineer at TriStar Inc. focusing on PTC Windchill implementations including Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience
Mr. Gosalia specializes in the CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM domain and has eight years experience in the implementation, migration, upgrade, and testing for various applications such as Windchill, Enovia, Delmia, Wildfire, CATIA, etc.
Mr. Gosalia joined TriStar Inc. in 2007 as an Application Engineer. He worked on Pro/INTRALINK 3.x to Windchill migration projects before being promoted to Senior Application Specialist. He is also an expert in deployment of Windchill modules and configurations, namely replication, Oracle to MSSQL database migration, Supplier Management, Workgroup Manager for third party CAD applications, ERP Connector, Change Management, Windchill Customization, Active Directory Integration, HTTPS, and Reverse proxy Setup on Windows and UNIX platforms.
Prior to TriStar, Mr. Gosalia served for SCONCE Solutions Pte. Ltd. Singapore, where he worked on Windchill migrations and testing of PTC DMan products for Toyota, Japan. Mr. Gosalia also worked with PTC R&D, India in Windchill QA, and Delmia Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India in Digital manufacturing software QA.
Mr. Gosalia is a PTC certified Windchill Implementer and Migrator with various other certifications and skill sets.
Education
Mr. Gosalia attended the University of Mumbai, India, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later earned his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in CAD from the University of Madras, India.
Chris Jones serves as the Sr. Account Manager - PLM Services for TriStar Inc. In this role Mr. Jones has a singular focus on growing TriStar's consulting services revenue, while ensuring TriStar customers receive world-class service. He joined TriStar in 2006 as the Rocky Mountain area territory Account Manager and enjoyed considerable success as a sales rep for the company, closing several enterprise PLM deals, including some of the company's largest. Prior to accepting the role of Sr. Account Manager - PLM Services, Mr. Jones worked as a Business Development Manager for TriStar, utilizing the combination of his technical and sales backgrounds to manage the technical aspects of enterprise PLM campaigns for TriStar.
Mr. Jones has a decade of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) industry experience, having worked at several enterprise PLM consultancies and value-added resellers in a variety of consulting capacities prior to joining TriStar. Chris has a deep knowledge of PLM tools and their proper application to achieve product development efficiencies in support of business initiatives. He has either led or been a part of PLM implementations at over 25 different companies, including Lockheed Martin Space Systems, General Dynamics Land Systems, Northrop Grumman, Nike, Trane, Dell and St. Jude Medical.
Chris lives in Denver, CO, with his wife and 2 children, where he enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting and camping in his free time. Chris received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Navy in 1994 and is a 1999 graduate of the Information Technology Institute in partnership with the Colorado State University.
Igor Varshavsky serves as a Senior Application Engineer and Instructor for TriStar Inc. Areas of expertise of Mr. Varshavsky include PDM/PLM, CAD and Manufacturing flavors PTC products. Through countless engagements, as a practitioner and project lead Mr. Varshavsky has garnered exceptional experience across industries as diverse as aerospace and defense, consumer products, high technology, and life sciences.
Mr. Varshavsky specialized in Windchill and Pro/Intralink set of PTC products, advanced CAD modeling, Manufacturing and Design Automation.
Prior to joining Tristar Mr. Varshavsky worked directly for PTC as a R&D Product Definition Application Engineer in different areas of Pro/Engineer.
Mr. Varshavsky has over 15 years of experience in CAD industry and Manufacturing, worked for 4 years for one of the largest international manufacturers of Metal Cutting Tools and has several inventions and patents in that field. Mr. Varshavsky also has real life experience with designing of Plastic Injection Molds and CNC machining and programming.
Mr. Varshavsky earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Mr. Varshavsky also certified in large number in PTC educational classes.
Bogdan Cudzilo acted as a Senior Application Engineer for TriStar. In his 10-year career, Mr. Cudzilo has developed domain expertise in the deployment and usage of Product Development Systems. He started his career in researching fracture damage resistance in aircraft composite structures, followed by contract work for a Tier 1 OEM aerospace supplier. Later he became involved in consulting and training in best practices for CAD and CAE for small and medium manufacturers in a variety of industries.
Emil Balogh is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience and management skills and works for a hi-tech software reseller company. The company develops and sells solutions that enable their customers to efficiently deliver high quality products and services while leveraging investment in their engineering infrastructure. As a senior technical specialist engineer he is responsible for the development and support of software products sold by the company. Emil has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
Stephen Vinyard serves as our northwest Business Development Manager for TriStar Inc. Mr. Vinyard joined our team in 2008 as a Senior PLM Solution Architect. He has seven years in the PLM consulting industry and continues to leverage that “real-world” experience with our current and new customers. Mr. Vinyard has worked extensively with TriStar’s key clients; such as Coca Cola, in driving new business and expanding their solutions. Having a combined background of IT, Sales and Industry experience, our customers enjoy his technical expertise and affable personality.
