Background: ProductView allows you to leverage your rich 3d & 2d CAD information across your enterprise to non-CAD users through its easy to use interface. Tasks such as displaying dimensions, viewing drawings, creating redlines and markups are all easily within its grasp.and that's just the beginning of what it can do! But to take full advantage of your engineering database, you should integrate ProductView with your Pro/Intralink database which will seamlessly provide visualization to your database for any employee in the company.

Services Description: Our team of highly skilled implementation engineers will implement the Division Graphics Server in a fixed time period depending on the scope of the project.we call this service a "ProductView Quickstart". Our goal is to deliver a fully configured visualization system according to your unique business needs that is tested and deployed in the shortest time frame while also training and mentoring both users and administrators of the system.

Activities:

• Planning:
  • Assess current environment (personnel, processes, and IT infrastructure) and develop a road map for the implementation with: timelines, activities, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate scheduling with IT personnel for implementation and with end business users for mentoring and training.
• Installation:
  • Install the latest release of Division Graphics Server and ProductView on your server.
  • This installation includes not only PTC software, but also all required web components for a functioning web based visualization solution.
• Configuration:
  • Conduct routine tests to obtain a performance baseline for the ProductView system in the customers IT environment working through your Intralink database.
  • Deploy the ProductView client software to all heavy users of the tool.
  • Develop any custom requirements for batch publishing of viewable files.
• Training:
  • Determine the unique product usage needs of primary system users and administrators.
  • Deliver configured training to primary users and administrators so that they can utilize and maintain the ProductView system effectively.
