Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ


This position involves acting as a services liaison between TriStar and our clients. The majority of services provided entails coordinating implementations of data management and CAD systems. On a daily basis, the position requires high levels of communication between TriStar sales, application engineers, and our clients. When managing your projects, you will be directly responsible for maintaining professional working relationships, scheduling resources, tracking, and communicating changes to all stakeholders. Average project timelines take 2-4 months and often require patience and diligence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to think critically and act independently. As such, the Project Coordinator is expected to be self-motivated and driven. Organization is paramount to this position. It involves managing and focusing on details, while tracking multiple projects simultaneously. Above all, the ideal candidate will have the drive to develop their position and consistently seek new ways to enhance, improve, and make the position more efficient.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Coordination experience with complex IT projects
  • Knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies
  • Experience with Smartsheet


  • Self-motivated, detailed, and deadline oriented
  • Advanced demonstrated Organizational Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suite of applications
  • Project Coordination experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Assign project technical resources
  • Coordinate meetings, tasks, and resources for projects
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Identify and coordinate risk mitigation activities related to ongoing projects
  • Complete associated administrative tasks


  • Full-time M-F employment
  • Competitive salary starting at $50,000 to $70,000/yr (depending on experience and skillset)
