The TriStar Implementation Consultant is responsible for all aspects of a PLM Implementation project providing high-quality services for the PTC Suite of software applications. The Implementation Consultant will execute on standard programs for ground up PLM which can include Software installation and configuration, rehosts, patch implementation and mentoring. This individual will provide adequate services to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to technical and non-technical end users while supporting a wide range of technologies

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field desired
• 3-5 years PLM experience with PTC’s Windchill
• CAD usage and CAD Data Management experience with Creo or Solidworks.
• US Citizenship. (to support ITAR customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and successfully complete tasks
• Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays to support cutover activities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult, Design, Implement & Mentor related to PTC Windchill software, Creo and TriStar applications.
• Carry out technical requirements discussions for the system with the customer.
• Take ownership of the technical issues and work with the customer to provide a timely resolution.
• Produce supporting and deliverable documentation as defined by the engagement.
• Work closely with project managers/coordinators ensuring project scope is met and change control is initiation as needed.
• Mentor and collaborate with services team members on design, documentation and implementation.
• Communicate well with customers and team members regarding tasks and project information.
• Aid in creation of statements of work (SOWs) and Services team best practice documentation
• Participate in internal business team meetings.
• Maintain product knowledge of each of the products and services sold by the Corporation sufficient for the professional selling and services of such products.
• Take direction for the Corporation and provide any other services which are reasonably related to the above; and
• Provide all Services in a professional manner.
